Belmares Properties sold a home to my parents. They were very happy with the service and loved their house for a very long time. My parents should have used you this go around too, but instead used a family friend. Never again.

Cindy Regalado and Tom at Belmares Properties were absolutely amazing to work with, and I definitely thank the friend who recommend them to us! As first time homebuyers, we wanted to be confident in the home we chose and Cindy was patient with us all 25 odd times we said a house was not the one. She sent us tons of listings to look at and review, and always had 5 or so to show us each time we met and checked houses out. She was super responsive and really listened to us and did an excellent job at finding a home that checked off all our boxes(requirements). I have been a tenant of Belmares Properties since 2014 and have been very happy with the Belmares staff. Mary has always worked with me when it comes to maintenance around the house. When it comes to making appointments for a home inspection her staff is staff is very helpful in making them according to my schedule and are always on time when they say they’ll be here.
