Before Applying
Please have the following items ready to submit with your application:
- Valid Government issued photo ID
- Three current paystubs
- $50 Non-refundable application fee, per person, for anyone 18 and over living in the home
- Security deposit, which is usually equal to one month’s rent (please contact our office to verify deposit, if needed)
- All payments are to be made by cash, check ($30 for return check), cashiers check or money order on the 1st of every month.
- Notice to all Applicants: NO SMOKING is permitted inside the home or garage.
***The application process takes 3-5 business days to complete.
